Franklin of Los Angeles, Miss Nora O'Leary of San Francisco, William O'Leary of Oakland and F. O'Leary of National; a native of California, aged 42 years, 6 months and 18 days.

    Friend are respectfully invited to attend the funeral today (Thursday) at 9:30 a.m. from the home of Mrs. Kate Meffley, No. 304 Walnut Street, thence to St. Thomas Acquinas Church, where a requiem mass will be celebrated for the repose of her soul, commencing at 10 o'clock a.m. Interment St. Thomas Cemetery.

    Henry Baker Dies In Hospital Here

    Resident of Nevada for Half Century Succumbs

    Henry B. Baker, a resident of Nevada for the past half century, died at a Reno hospital at 6:30 o'clock last night after an illness of one week's duration.

    He had been in failing health for about a year. He was widely known in Washoe County, and had conducted the Baker Ranch east of Sparks for a number of years. He came here in 1883 and was a native of Germany.

    He is survived by the following children: Mrs. L.D. Anderson of Reno, Mrs. Frederick Kleppe of Alameda, Cal., Mrs. Ernest Kleppe of Reno, Miss Isabelle O. Baker of Reno, William K. Baker, Herman R. Baker and Harold H. Baker of Sparks, and was the brother of Joseph Baker of Winnemucca and Mrs. Ann Judd of Iowa.

    Funeral arrangements are being made by the Ross-Burke Company.
