Hazel Lepley, R. K. Kenneth Wenner, of Oil City, son of George K. Wenner, formerly of Oil City, and the late Mrs. Wenner. Rev. B. E. Coleman, pastor of the church, heard the couple exchange vows at 1:30 o'clock before the church altar decorated with ferns, palms and vases of mixed summer flowers. The double-ring service was used. Miss Rebecca Hollister was organist for the wedding, playing "Because," d'Hardelot, and "I Love You Truly," Bond, as well as the traditional processional and recessional marches by Mendelssohn and Wagner. The bride, who was presented in marriage by her father, was attired in a street-length dress of pink marquisette, over taffeta, made with a full skirt. Tiny covered buttons extended from the neckline to the waist of the fitted bodice, which was designed with a small pointed collar and cap sleeves. She wore a white straw hat, trimmed with a tiny navy velvet band, and she had white nylon gloves. The bride wore an orchid shoulder corsage and she completed her costume with a single strand pearl necklace, gift of the bridegroom. Miss Vivian Lepley, as her sister's maid of honor, wore a poudre "blue nylon dress with white accessories and a corsage of Talisman roses. Charles Deemer, of Oil City, served Mr. Wenner as best man and the ushers were Arthur Kaufman and Thomas Mansfield, both of Oil City. Mrs. Lepley attended her daughter's wedding in a Bemberg dress with a peach background and navy print. Her accessories were white and she wore a corsage of yellow roses and blue delphinium. Following the wedding a reception for approximately 100 guests was held in the parish house of the church. The bridal table was decorated with two vases of blue and white flowers and white candles in double crystal holders. The centerpiece" on the serving table was a four-tiered wedding cake, topped with a miniature bride and groom beneath wedding bells. White candles were also used and bouquets of roses were arranged through the room. The aides for the reception were Mrs. Clair Urey, Mrs. Ray Hoovler, Mrs. Donald Spencer, Miss Betty Jolley, Miss Blanche Holloran and Miss Frances Beatty. Later today the couple will leave for a wedding trip to the New England states. For going away the new Mrs. Wenner has chosen a navy sheer dress with white accessories and she will wear her wedding corsage. The newlyweds will make their home at 418 Eleventh Street. The bride is a graduate ot Rocky Grove High School and her husband graduated from Oil City High School. During World War II he served in the U. S.
