Hazel CHRISTENSEN, 86, died Monday (Jan. 6, 2003) at the Beaver City Manor.
She was born March 9, 1916, at Beaver City, to Fred and Catherine (Inman) Hardenbrook. On Dec. 11, 1935, she married Ralph Christensen at Beaver City. They farmed south of Beaver City for six years before moving to her family farm west of town where they resided.
She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Doran; three brothers; two sisters; and one grandson.
Funeral services will be Thursday, 2 p.m., at the First Christian Church in Beaver City with Phil Olsen officiating. Burial will follow at Mount Hope Cemetery at Beaver City. Visitation is today until 8 p.m. at the funeral home and prior to services Thursday at the church.
Wenburg Funeral Home of Beaver City is in charge of arrangements.1

Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Arapahoe (Neb.) Cemetery with Ken Breinig officiating. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday at Wenburg Funeral Home in Arapahoe.
She was born Nov. 26, 1917, in Beaver City, Neb., to Eber and Mida (Frost) Inman. On July 27, 1938, she married Daniel Morse in Norton. He died March 8, 1984.
Survivors include her daughter, Arlene Lebsack of Santa Maria, Calif.; four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.1
