"Mrs. William H. Barrett died at the home of the Misses Kenyon on River street Thursday morning. Deceased was the widow of the late well known Conductor Barrett, who for many years ran between Windsor and Springfield, Mass., and was 44 years of age. She had of late made her home in Springfield, Mass., and came to Windsor, the first of last week to visit old friends.
She is survived by three sons, Clarence C., of Auburndale, Mass., in the employ of the Boston & Albany road, Walter, in the office of the Springfield, Mass., "Union", and Thurlow, the last two of whom made their home with their mother. Funeral services will be held at the Baptist church Saturday afternoon, 9th inst., with interment in Ascutney cemetery."
