Fletcher
Mr. Robert Bliss Fletcher--A native of Portland, Maine and a resident of Fairhope, AL died Tuesday, October 3, 1995 at a local hospital. He was a member of the Organized Baldwin Senior Travelers, Eastern Shore Art Association, Theta Chi Fraternity, National Association of Retired Federal Employees and Bay Rivers Art Guild. He is survived by his wife, Laura Fletcher of Fairhope, AL; three sons, Robert Lee Fletcher of Carmichael, CA, Dr. Alan D. Fletcher of Baton Rouge, LA and Geoffrey A. Fletcher of Plantation, FL; one brother, Alfred Fletcher of Palm Harbour, FL; ten grand-children and six great-grandchildren. Memorial services will be held from Trinity Presbyterian Church on Friday, October 6, 1995 at 2:00 P.M. with Rev. Bill Cockrill officiating. Funeral arrangements are by the Fairhope Chapel of Bayview Funeral Home, 151 S. Bayview St., Fairhope AL.

A memorial service will be held today for Robert Bliss Fletcher of Fairhope. The 2 p.m. service will take place at Trinity Presbyterian Church. The Rev. Bill Cockrill will officiate. A native of Portland, Maine, Fletcher was a member of the Eastern Shore Art Association, Theta Chi Fraternity, National Association of Retired Federal Employees and Bay Rivers Art Guild. He also organized the Baldwin Senior Travelers, a family spokesman said. He is survived by his wife, Laura Fletcher of Fairhope; three sons, Robert Lee Fletcher of Carmichael, Calif., Dr. Alan Fletcher of Baton Rouge, La., and Geoffrey A. Fletcher of Plantation, Fla.; a brother, Alfred Fletcher of Palm Harbour, Fla.; 10 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Bayview Funeral Home in Fairhope is handling arrangements.
