Obituary:
Betty Jane (Inman) Foster, 77, of Shinnston walked with the Lord on August 9, 2013. She was born in Baden, PA on April 14, 1936: daughter of the late Raymond Inman and Bernice (Wells) Inman. On September 30, 2007, she married Clayton R. Foster, who survives.
Mrs. Foster is also survived by 6 children: Nancy (Tom) McCartney of Jane Lew, Audrey (Willy) Farley of Greenbrier, Arkansas, Betty A. (Roy) Brown of Weston, Michael (Brenda) Smith of Ardmore, OK, Richard Smith, Jr. of Mosheim, TN, Donna (Alan) Stalnaker of Culpeper, VA and one step son: Clayton R. Foster, Jr. of Texas. She is also survived by two brothers: Raymond (Susan) Inman, Jr. of Ocala, FL and Carl James (Beverly) Inman of Holmes Beach, FL, three sisters: Violet Sweeney of Henderson, NV, Katherine “Kitty” Fawcett of Nevada and Barbara (Rudy) Reignor of Bradenton, FL, 10 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren, 8 step grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Betty was preceded in death by one sister: Patricia Palakovich.
Mrs. Foster was a retired registered nurse and dedicated her life to helping others. She attended the Church of the Nazarene of Weston. She enjoyed walking and gardening. Visiting with friends and especially family were her biggest joy. Betty will be sadly missed by family and friends and was greatly loved.
Family and friends will be received at the Hardman-Paletti Funeral Home 730 N. Main Avenue Weston on Monday, August 12, 2013 from 5-7 p.m. Funeral Services will be held on Monday at 7 p.m. from the Hardman-Paletti Funeral chapel with Pastor Toby Dukich officiating.
