Later, Beth served as oncology treatment nurse and intake coordinator at New York Oncology and Hematology in Albany before retiring in 2008. Beth was an avid fan of classical music, making many trips to the Berkshires for performances of the Boston Symphony Orchestra. Beth and Tim enjoyed frequent visits to Washington, D.C. to visit their daughter Leslie, as well as annual family trips to Cape Cod, and to California to visit her brother, Charles. Beth was always an avid reader and later enjoyed traveling in her retirement years with her husband, Tim.
Beth was predeceased by her parents, Frances Daley Conine of Athens and Charles Addison Conine of Lake Worth, Fla.; and in-laws, Leonard and Ruth Overbaugh Hotaling of Earlton. In addition to her husband and children, Beth is survived by her brother, Charles A. Conine of Palm Springs, Calif.; brothers-in-law, Harry (Sue) and William (Bitta) Albright of Earlton; an aunt, Natalie Evans Daley, of Plattsburgh and many cousins. The family wishes to extend its gratitude to the staff at The Pines, Catskill and its charge nurse Mary Pat Leonard, and to Nancy Cummings, patient advocate and director of the Alzheimer's Center at Albany Medical Center, who provided support for Beth, Tim and the family.
