Also four acresw of lande lyinge within the Parish whereof three acres smyteth unto certene closes called Monke closes towardes the WEst and do lye altogether in the feilde called Westdeane feilde and the fourth acre doth lye in a feilde called Crochfeilde betweene the Kyngs highway leading from the towne aforesaid towardes Trynge on the one parte and the llandes of the Earle of Oxforde on the other parte and smyteth from the Kynges highwayeunto a medow called Bradwelles meed. All the above were acquired from Jeames Byrch of Botley.

Thomas Buckingham L10; Joanna Stone of Boston L10; to daughter King, i.e. wife of Joseph, L10; to Elizabeth daughter of John Hunlock of Boston, L3; to daughter Mary, wife of John Burr of Hingham, L10; to daughter Sarah Gardner, L10; to daughter Lydia Davis of Long Island L10; and last to granddaughter Mary Jesse, L5; beside L40 to poor widows in Hartford. The inventory amounted to a total of L7,154.2
