Funeral services will be announced later for Louis M. Gorzkiewicz, 75, former Lansing resident, who died Saturday at Fort Walton Beach FL.
Gorzkiewicz had been visiting a son in Florida since the death of his wife in March, 1973.
He was a long time employee of the Leavenworth Times and after his retirement he operated a small print shop at Lansing. He was a member of St. Francis De Sales Church and Local 45 of the International Typographical Union.
Survivors inclued his sons, Lyle G. Gorzkiewicz of Ft. Walton Beach, Ralph O. Gorzkiewicz of Oakland, CA; daughter, Mrs. Norine Turner, Rodeo CA; two step daughters, Mrs. Virginia Maddox of Lansing and Mrs Claire Bayles of Easton, and brother, Joseph Gorzkiewicz of 110 4th Ave. Nine grand-children also survive.
Funeral arrangements will be announced by the Sumpter Funeral Chapel.

Obituary:
Joseph "Junior" Gorzkiewicz, 76, Lubbock, Texas, died Sunday in his home at Lubbock.
The funeral will be at Lubbock and a private graveside service will be in the Leavenworth National Cemetery.
Mr. Gorzkiewicz was born July 18, 1906, at Leavenworth, the son of Josepht T. and Olive Tuttle Gorzkiewicz. He attended the old Oak Street School and Leavenworth High School.
He had worked as a binryman for American Printing for 26 1/2 years before his retirement in 1971. He moved to Minnesota in 1976 and later to Lubbock. He was a World War II Veteran serving in the Navy. He also had played with the Gentlemen of Note orchestra from 1940 to 1955.
He is survived by his wife, the former Cleo Huffman, whom he married March 6, 1934 at Leavenworth; and a daughter, Mary Ann Handshoe, both of Lubbock, two grandsons; a granddaughter; and two great grandchildren.
No visitation is planned. Larkin Brown Funeral Home is in charge of local arrangement.

Maud Gorzkikewicz Dies at Greenville
Body to be brought here from MS for services and burial
Mrs Maud Gorzkiewicz, 57, a native of Leavenworth, died Saturday afternoon at her home at Greenville MS. She had been ill for the past two months. She was born here Jan 6 1894, a daughter of John and Mary Tincher. For the past four years the family have made their home at Greenville. Her husband, Louis Gorzkiewicz, at one time was employed at a linotype operator for the Times. He is currently employed by the Greenville Democrat.
Surviving, other than the husband of the home, are her mother, Mrs Mary A Tiincher, 219 1/2 South Fifth; a daughter, Mrs Norene Seton of the home; two sons, Eugene Gorzkiewica, Gulfport MS, and Ormand Gorzkiewicz of the home; two sisters, Mrs Lawrence Kennedy, RR 4, and Mrs Lee Lohman, Lansing.
The body will be received Monday be the Sumpter Funeral Chapel. Interment will be at Mount Calvary Cemetery.
