Rockwell, Edward A. of 5687 Young Rd., passed away at Foote Hospital, Oct. 3,1983 age 68 years.
Surviving are one sister, Mrs. Helen Bradley; one brother Benjamin W. Rockwell both of Jackson; several nieces and nephews.
Mr. Rockwell was a veteran of World War II.

Helen Lorraine Rockwell Bradley
Of Leoni Township, passed away at home Thursday, May 10, 2007, age 88. She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Woodrow Bradley; grandson, Curtis Straub; and two brothers, Ben and Everett Rockwell. Helen is survived by daughter, Marilyn Straub of Vandercook Lake; sons, Jerry Bradley of Jackson, and Robert Bradley of Jackson; four grandchildren, Kelly (Ruth) Straub, Wendy L'Huiller, Mark Bradley all of Jackson, Kristeni (Scott) Winiger of Dearborn, MI; five great-grandchildren, Tiffany Dennis, Carissa L'Huiller, Phoenix Goss, Bronx Goss all of Jackson, and Holden Winiger of Dearborn, MI.
Helen was an avid golfer and was a retiree of L.H. Fields Company.
Services will be held at Wetherby Funeral Home on Wednesday May 16, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. with the Reverend Stanley Eastman officiating. Interment will take place at Woodland Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the Wetherby Chapel on Wednesday May 16, 2007 from 10:00 until the time of service.

KATHY ARLOENE- Of Pleasant Lake, passed away January 31, 2010 at home following a determined battle with pancreatic cancer. She was born in Jackson, MI September 16, 1956, daughter of Elmer James Jr. and Judith Jane (Young) Hitt. Kathy was a lifelong resident of the Jackson area. She graduated from Northwest High School in 1974 and Jackson Community College in 1976. She was dedicated to her work at Allegiance Health System, formerly Foote Hospital, as a Licensed Practical Nurse and then a Registered Nurse for 35 years. She enjoyed cooking, sewing, camping in Northern Michigan and, most of all, spending time with her large family.
Her father preceded her in death in January 1977. Funeral service will be held at Chas. J. Burden and Son Funeral Home, on Wednesday, February 3 at 11:00 a.m. Visitation will take place Tuesday, February 2 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. and Wednesday, February 3 from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. Memorial contributions can be made to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network
Kathy enjoyed simple pleasures in life and loved her family dearly.

HITT, IRVING D.- Of Jackson, passed away on Wednesday, January 5, 2011 at the age of 89. He was preceded in death by his wife, Virginia and his son Thomas Hitt. He is survived by his daughter, Judith M. (Chuck) Walters; two grandchildren, Chuck (Melissa) Walters and Stacy Walters; Great-grandchildren, Zoe and Emmy Walters; daughter-in-law, Cathy Hitt, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Irving graduated from East Jackson Schools. He was a proud veteran; he served in the U.S. Army with the 113th AAA Gun Battalion during World War II. He retired from Wyman-Gordon after 42 years of service. He enjoyed living on the lake and spending time outdoors. He was also an avid Tigers fan.
A service honoring his life is scheduled at the funeral home on Monday, January 10, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. with the Reverend Michael Mason officiating. Family will receive friends for visitation from 1 to 2 p.m. Mr. Hitt will be laid to rest next to his beloved wife in Roseland Memorial Gardens with military honors.
