Patricia Redfern Obituary
REDFERN, PATRICIA ANN, 73, of Laurel, MD passed away Thursday, May 31, 2012 following a prolonged illness. Patricia was born September 25, 1938 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa to William Hamilton II and Mary Louise (Jackson) Clark. Through her long and fulfilling life she will be remembered for helping others, touching many lives, her excellent cooking, and her love of the ocean and spending time at the beach. She is survived by her children; Kelly and husband David Morris of Des Moines, IA; Cathy and husband Louis Blancato of Chesapeake Beach, MD; and Daniel and wife Laura Redfern of Hanover, MD; grandchildren, Stephanie Blancato, Michael Morris, Daniel Morris and Gabriella Redfern; brothers, William H. Clark III of Allentown, PA and David R. Clark; nephew William H. Clark IV and niece Sophia as well as grand nephews, Justin and Tyler all of Allentown, PA.
Following her wishes, she will be cremated and a memorial/life celebration service will be held Monday, June 4, 2012 at 10 a.m. for family and friends at St. Augustine Church, Elkridge, MD with a private ash scattering service in the Atlantic Ocean near Rehoboth, Delaware at later date.
