Linda J. Beyor 60, passed away Monday July 18, 2016, at her North Street Road Home, with her loving family at her side.
Born May 22, 1956 in Auburn, Linda is the daughter of Hilda Smith Beyor of Auburn and the late Bernard Beyor. She was a graduate of Weedsport High School, Class of 1974, and retired from Welch Allyn in 2014, following 40 years of employment having worked her way up through many departments over the years.
Linda loved her dogs, Jaxson, Millie, Buffy, and Ginger, who all predeceased her. She enjoyed her birds, genealogy, cross stitch, books, camping, cruising, and walking. Linda lived a full life, having battled cancer several times, since 1980.
She is survived by her mother Hilda Beyor, siblings, David (Debra) Beyor, Kathleen (DeLos) Woodworth, Terry (Sharon) Beyor, all of Auburn, and Susan (Allen) Weller, of Jordan, nieces and nephews, Kelsey, and Katy Beyor, Corey (Jennifer) Woodworth, Claire Woodworth, Tracy (Wayne) Gurda, Stacy (Vaughn) Larson, Nikki Shutter, Richard Shutter, Gregory Weller (Lindsey Gertenslager) and Jennifer (Erik) Conroy, several great nieces and nephews, a special Aunt Sylvia Wilson, and close cousins, Carol MacKenzie, and Dawn Wilson. Linda was predeceased by her father Bernard Beyor on July 18, 2003, her grandparents, Eugene and Lois Beyor and John and Elise Smith.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 11am at The Sennett Federated Church. Burial will be in the Sennett Rural Cemetery.
Friends are invited to call on the family, Thursday from 4-7 at White Chapel Funeral Home, 2719 Erie Dr. Weedsport.
Contributions in memory of Linda Beyor may be made to the Sennett Federated Church, or to Hospice of the Finger Lakes.
