Thomas was a refugee from religious persecution in England.¹
In 1639 Thomas moved to Milford, Connecticut, where he was a Representative.¹
In 1640 Thomas and Emma joined the church in Milford, Connecticut.¹
In 1666 Thomas married Mary Baldwin, widow of Timothy Baldwin. Perhaps this is Mary Welles #7854, the wife of Timothy Baldwin; if so, her death date would be incorrect.¹
In 1680 Thomas married Lydia, widow of John Uilford d 1694. Possibly John's last name was Wilford.^1,4
He died in 1688 in Branford, Connecticut, at age ~80.^1,2
