  On said Farm there are about 20 acres of Meadow, and the upland is of good quality. also--Will be sold, ten acres of INERVALE, situated one fourth of a mile from the said Farm. likewise---Thirty-eight acres of Wood and TIMBER-LAND, situated about a mile West of said Farm. also--A SAW MILL, a mile from the said Farm. One hundred and fifty cords of Dry Wood will also be sold at the same time. Likewise about 200 PINE LOGS. Conditions made known at the time of sale.
