Andy was born in Beaumont, CA on May 7, 1935. He passed away in Riverside, CA on December 21, 2013 at the age of 78.

Andy is survived by his wife Acquanetta M. (Kommenus) Fletcher; by his son Michael Lee Fletcher; and his granddaughter Erin Brittany Fletcher. He was preceded in death by his parents, Andrew R. and Winifred (Bell) Fletcher; his brother, Edwin J. Fletcher; his sister Frances E. (Betty) Alexander; and his former wife, Ko Soon (Lee) Fletcher.

Andy joined the Army in 1957 serving four tours in Korea and one tour in Italy. After 21 years of active duty he was honorably discharged from the Army in 1979.

There will be a viewing at 4 pm for family and 5 pm to 8 pm for guests on January 6, 2014 at the Acheson & Graham Garden of Prayer Chapel, 7944 Magnolia Ave. in Riverside. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on January 7, 2014 at the same location. Andy will be buried at 1:01 pm with full Military Honor Guard at the Riverside National Cemetery located at 22495 Van Buren Blvd., Riverside Committal Staging Area 5.
