She was buried in Bethsaida Cemetery, Posey County, Indiana. Plot: Children of Harry & Mae Young.²

Eleanor Miller was born on 4 July 1921 in Edenville, Michigan.¹
In 1939 Eleanor married John F Jardis and moved to Midland MI. He died in 1969.¹
She married Byron W Burditt, son of William Byron Burditt and Margaret Marie McDonald, in 1970.¹
In 1988 Eleanor and Byron moved to Lakeland, Florida.²
She died on 2 April 2017 in Midland, Michigan, at age 95.¹
She was buried in Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Midland, Michigan. Plot: Garden of the 4 Apostles-Section 3 Row 7.¹

Obit Notice

An obituary was published

Eleanor Miller Jardis Burditt, 95, of Midland, died Sunday evening, April 2, 2017, at her residence. She was born on July 4th, in Edenville where she was raised. She moved to Midland when she married John F. Jardis in 1939. He preceded her in death in 1969. She then married Byron W. Burditt in 1970. He preceded her in death in 2007. They resided in Lakeland, Florida from 1988 till returning to Midland in 2007.

She is survived by her son, Norman (Marlene) of Midland; daughter, Gail Martin of Somerville, Massachusetts; stepsons, Byron (Jo Anne) Burditt of Williamston, and Michael (Julie) Burditt of Pacific Palisades, California; stepdaughters, Peggy (Serge) Poyo of Marietta, Georgia, and Kristine (Dan) Fuller, of Saginaw; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life will take place at 12:00 noon, June 25, 2017 in the Chippewa Room at the Midland Holiday Inn. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider a church/organization of their choosing.
