About 1875 she was married to Harrison Sergeant [sic, recte Sargeant], by whom she leaves issue four children.

- Guy Marcellus Munroe was born on 16 March 1923 in Newton, Massachusetts.1
- On 2 Feb 1943 he was inducted into the Marine Corps as a private. He spent the war fighting in the Pacific. In San Diego in December of 1945 he was discharged from the marines with the grade of Sergeant.2
- In Jan of 1944 he fought in the invasion of the Kwajalein Atoll. Later he went to Pearl Harbor, then to the New Hebrides, Guadalcanal, Eniwetok Atoll, and fought at Guam between 21 Jul to 20 Aug 1944. In Feb and March of 1945 he was in the invasion against Japanese forces at Iwo Jima. When he was attempting to land his tractor on this island it was hit and lost. All of the other men in the tractor were killed. Then back to Hawaii, Pearl Harbor and on to San Diego in Nov of that year. On 3 Dec 1945 he was discharged from the marines with the grade of Sergeant.2
- At the end of the war he was given the Asiatic-Pacific Area Medal with 3 stars - Kwajalein, Guam/Tinian and Iwo Jima.2
- Guy married Anne Cummings on 12 January 1946 in St Mary's Church, Newton Lower Falls, Massachusetts.1
- Guy worked for, and eventually owned, Davis Sales Associates, a company that sold a variety of items - stationary, cosmetics, medicat equipment, etc - to drug stores and discount stores.3
- Guy and Anne lived in Wellesley, Massachusetts, where they brought up their family.2
- He died on 24 November 2002 in Natick, Massachusetts, at age 79.1
- The cause of his death was heart failure due to complications from pneumonia.2
