William J. Dillman
Funeral services for William Jacob Dillman, 55, of Prospect, Ore., who died Sunday, November 2, were held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday in Conger-Morris Chapel. The Rev. Dorian Woods of the Prospect Christian Church officiated. Committal in the Trail Cemetery.
Mr. Dillman was born December 6, 1913, at Harvey County, Kans., and had lived in southern Oregon for the past six years, where he operated Beckie's Cafe at Union Creek. He was married August 2, 1934 at Wichita, Kans., to Gladys Cummings, who survives.
Other survivors include two sons, Kenneth Dillman, Eagle Point and Larry W. Dillman, Prospect; three daughters, Mrs. Sherrie Stockebrand, Prospect, Mrs. Sally Smith, Gas, Kans., and Mrs. Patricia Betts, Prospect; four brothers, Roy Dillman and Milfred Dillman, Newton, Kans, Neal Dillman, Muleshoe, Tex., and Gerald Dillman, Dallas, Tex.; two sisters, Mrs. May Nickl, Toronto, Kans., and Mrs. Ann Hansen, San Antonio, Tex.; and 12 grandchildren.
