Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Grimes-Plumer Funeral Home in Kerrville.

Burial will be in Kerrville.

A veteran lawyer of Hutchinson County, he was an income tax consultant in Borger for many years. He was the original developer of Angel Fire Resort in New Mexico. He also developed the Pearson Addition in Borger.

He was a 33rd degree Mason and a Shriner.

He was preceded in death by hi wife, Nita.

He is survived by a sister, Mrs. Jack Decordoba of Granberry, Tex.
