Of the rest and residue, six shares to son Pardon, and one share each to his remaining children.¹

"Phyllis Allingham Timmen passed away peacefully on the first day of spring. She was 88 years old and had lived a full and happy life assisting others. Phyllis was born on May 31, 1924 to Fred Allingham and Alethe Allen in Yakima, WA.

She was predeceased in death by her husband, Vernon Emmett Timmen and daughter Christine Timmen Beetham. Vernon and Phyllis raised 2 girls and 3 boys in the Mount Baker area of south Seattle, WA. She was by far "one of a kind" and one of the kindest human being.

She leaves behind many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and a huge extended family.

We wish to thank the incredible caregivers of the last 4 years. Without whom we couldn't have survived."
