ETHEL MARGARET DATTKE Entered into rest on April 2, 2002 at the age of 85. Originally from Sunnyside, Utah, Ethel was a resident of Alameda for 25 years. She retired from Safeway as a retail clerk for 25 years. She loved cooking, reading and traveling. Her friends and family were a big part of her life, and those that knew her will miss her.
Beloved wife of the late Leonard Dattke; Loving mother of LaNore Meckenstock of Diablo, Joyce Benigo of Manteca, Nancy Tidwell of Murphys, Larue Araujo of Manteca, Brent Dattke of Bend, OR, and Michael Dattke of Fremont; Caring sister of Robert Pollock of Utah, and predeceased by her 3 sisters Thelma, Francis, and Phyliss, and 2 brothers Ira, and Earl; Cherished grandmother of 21 and great grandmother of 35.
