86 of Galesburg Illinois passed away at the Care Center of Abingdon; Saturday, July 9, 2016 at 8:08 AM
Phyllis was born July 31,1929 to William G. Pascoe and Vivian B. Sargeant in rural Knox County, Illinois.
She was married to Art Anders in 1949 and later to Charles Cunningham in 1957. She worked for seventeen years at the former
Barash and Stoerzbach Law Firm, Galesburg.
She is survived by four children; Michael Anders of Sarasota, Florida, Karen Roller of Spiro, Oklahoma, Charles (Faye) Cunningham of Nokomis, Florida and Donald Cunningham of Texas, Six Grandchildren, two Great-Grandchildren. five siblings Bill (Linda) of East Galesburg, Illinois, Diana (Marc) Young of Galesburg, Illinois, Jack Pascoe of Litchfield, Illinois, Joyce (Forrest) Pickrel of Galesburg, Illinois and Cheryl (Roland) Paulsgrove of Galesburg, Illinois.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother Gilbert Pascoe and husbands Art and Charles.
Cremation rite will be accorded with the Hurd-Hendricks Funeral Homes and Crematory in Knoxville, Illinois. Internment will be at a later date at the Oaklawn Memorial Gardens in Galesburg, Illinois. Jackie (Jack) Earl Pascoe, 87, of Carlinville left this world on Monday, January 6, 2020 at
Carlinville Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. He was born July 25, 1932, the son of William G. and Vivian (Sargent) Pascoe. He married Sondra D. (Bering) Pascoe on November 12, 1955, who preceded him in death on February 17, 2015.
Jack was a proud and devoted father to Jackie “Butch” Earl (Eunsun) Pascoe, Jr. of Springfield, IL; Jeffrey D. (Tammy) Pascoe of Missouri; Jerrold C. Pascoe of Pawnee, IL; Jaylene B. Pascoe (James) Martin of Virginia; and JuDee A. Pascoe (Robert) Lair of Carlinville, IL. He will also be missed by his favorite nephew, Mike Anders, and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
He was an accomplished restauranteur, former mayor of Carlinville, and a U.S. Army veteran. He was also a member of the Elks, Moose and American Legion.
There will be no public services.
Memorial may go to the Land of Lincoln Honor Flight.
