Aurlen F. Loveless, age 76, passed away September 19, 2005, in West Valley City, Utah.
Aurlen was born January 29, 1929, to Ralph Loveless and Delene Sargent Loveless in Payson, Utah. He graduated from Payson High School and Henegers College, and attended BYU.
Aurlen married Lela Johnson on March 6, 1953, in Spanish Fork, Utah. The marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple on September 30, 1953. He was a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Aurlen loved the gospel of Jesus Christ, serving in many callings in the Church, and was a faithful home teacher.
He was a Veteran of the Korean War. Aurlen was a retired U.S. Postal Carrier. He loved his children and took great pride in his grandchildren.
Dad you are our greatest example. We Love You and Will Miss You Dearly.
Aurlen is survived by his loving wife, Lela; daughter, Patricia of Kearns, Utah; sons, Craig (Michelle) of St. George, Utah and Jared (Cindy) of Queen Creek, Arizona, and 11 grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held Saturday, September 24, 2005 at 11 a.m. at the Kearns Western Hills Stake Center, 5380 West 5400 South. The family will receive friends at a viewing Friday evening from 6-8 p.m. at Valley View Funeral Home, 4335 West 4100 South, and from 9:45-10:45 a.m. prior to the service on Saturday at the Stake Center. Interment: Payson City Cemetery.
