Last Rites Held For Hope Crossman
Funeral services for Hope Crossman were held in the Reck Funeral Home Sunday afternoon, February 1 with the Rev. Hume Ward in charge. She died January 30 at the home of her parents, following a severe attack of virus pneumonia.
Hope Sonja Crossman, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Don Crossan, was born in Miller January 31, 1938. Due to ill health she was confined to the home of her parents during her entire life. The frail spark of life has been kept alive by the constant are of her mother, father, sister and maternal grandmother.
Two sisters, Leota and Donna preceded her in death. Surviving her death are her parents, one sister, Luella, three grandparents, Hanna Miklethun and Mr. and Mrs. A.B. Crossman and other relatives.
Pallbearers were four girls: Joan Schweigerdt, Marilyn Trotman, Bonnie Hall and Peggy Fisher. Interment was in teh cemetry at Wessington beside her two sisters.
