• She married George Remembrance Chamberlain, son of George Elliott Chamberlain and Edith Louisa Stevens, on 7 March 1944 in Bentleyville, Pennsylvania.¹
• The ceremony was held at the home of the bride's parents while the groom was on a three day pass, shortly before he was deployed to Europe by the US Army.¹
• George Remembrance Chamberlain and Margaret appeared on the 1950 US Federal Census of 302 Mac Farland Drive, Penn, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, enumerated on 12 April 1950.²
• Her husband George Remembrance Chamberlain died leaving her a widow at age 60.¹
• On 14 February 1982 Margaret married Raymond Ernst August (1917-2001.)¹
• She died on 29 April 1991 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, at age 69.¹
